4 Months ago i took a serious liking
to bodybuilding, it has become an important part of my everyday life and its all because of this that i went
from 205lbs @ 45%BF (May 30/04) to 166lbs @ 17%BF (October 23/04) and counting.
I will be adding
fitness related information including training logs, supplements and my weight loss diet to share with who

I am working hard to become a #3 certified Captain of Crush. On Thursday october 7th 04'
I closed the 200lbs grip once and am working hard to get to the point where i can train steady with it. The #3 Captains
of Crush Grip is 280lbs so i'm really hoping to close it within 3 years time and get my name on the list of the already
200 some captains of crush.
